Program Design
Whether you live outside of the city of San Francisco or require flexibility in your training schedule, I can work with you to create a custom-designed training program that will fit your needs. Offered to a select few individuals each year, this program is ideal for self-motivated individuals who can commit to training without a coach’s direct supervision.

Initial evaluation (via Skype if you live outside of the Bay Area)
Strength training plan customized to your goals and unique injury history
Support via email, phone
Nutritional guidance, meal timing and macronutrient goals.
New, personalized strength training program every 5-7 weeks.

Detailed videos explaining proper form and benefits of each exercise
